  • Palmeiras reached the final by beating Fluminense 5-3 on penalties after a level semi-final.
  • Estudiantes beat Flamengo on penalties after both semi-final legs ended 0-0.
  • It is the second single-match Libertadores final at the Centenario, after 2021; Montevideo was the only candidate city.
  • The winner plays Toluca in the FIFA Derby of the Americas in Doha on 9 December.
